The product
One platform. One timer. One small alarm.
Cue is a weight-sensing reminder. You place an object on it, set a countdown, and if you don’t lift the object before the timer ends, Cue makes a sound until you do.
How it works
- 1Place the object on the platform.
- 2Long-press the button to zero out (tare).
- 3Turn the dial to set the time, in hours.
- 4Press to start.
- 5Lift it before time runs out, and nothing happens. Don’t, and the alarm sounds until you do.

FAQ
Is there an app?
No, intentionally. Cue is one object, doing one thing. A future version may add an optional companion app, but the device will always work without one.
When does it ship?
We’re in prototype. Pre-orders open later this year. Drop your email and you’ll be the first to know.
How much will it cost?
We’re targeting under $99. Final pricing will be set closer to launch.
Can I use it for medication?
People do. Cue is not a medical device and shouldn’t replace a clinician’s guidance, but a bottle of vitamins on a Cue is a good way to notice you forgot.
What if I want to cancel the timer?
Lift the object. The timer ends quietly.
What if my pet jumps on it?
We’re testing for this — short impacts are filtered out so the alarm only triggers when an object has been removed for a sustained period.
